These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk07 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pk07 website, games, betting services, and all associated features. 2.2 If you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, you must not register an account or use pk07's services. Access to pk07 from such jurisdictions is done entirely at your own risk, and pk07 accepts no liability in connection therewith.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk07 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 All activity conducted through your pk07 account — including bets placed, games played, and transactions initiated — is deemed to have been conducted by you. pk07 accepts no liability for unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.4 You agree not to use your pk07 account for any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity including but not limited to: money laundering, match-fixing, collusion, use of automated betting software or bots, exploitation of software errors or system vulnerabilities, or any activity designed to generate winnings through dishonest means.
4.1 pk07 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Pakistani users: JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are detailed in the Payments section of your account dashboard.
4.2 You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from another person for the purpose of depositing them into a pk07 account, is strictly prohibited.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to fund your account or that has been verified as belonging to you during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. pk07 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4.4 pk07 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide such documentation when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.
4.5 Withdrawal processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the payment method used, verification status, and platform processing volumes. pk07 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 1–6 hours for mobile wallet methods but does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.

6.2 In the event of a technical fault, communication error, or system failure that affects the integrity of a bet or game result, pk07 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the accounts of affected users. pk07's decision in such matters is final.
6.3 pk07 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or void any bet placed on the platform at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) the bet was placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error; (b) there is reasonable suspicion that the bet was placed as part of a fraudulent or collusive scheme; or (c) the bet violates any applicable rule or regulatory requirement.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from pk07 without prior written authorisation.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk07, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the pk07 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
9.2 pk07's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to pk07 in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.
9.3 pk07 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may affect availability. pk07 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime.
10.1 pk07 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if pk07 determines at its sole discretion that you have breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or for any other legitimate operational reason.
10.2 In the event of termination for cause, pk07 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated, remaining balances will be returned to you via your verified payment method after the completion of any applicable verification procedures.
10.3 You may close your pk07 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with their applicable rules and any verified remaining balance will be returned to you.
11.1 pk07 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk07 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users — typically by email to the address on file or by a prominent notice on the platform at login.
11.2 Your continued use of pk07 following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
12.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which pk07 operates.
12.2 In the event of a dispute between you and pk07, we encourage you to first contact customer support to attempt an informal resolution. pk07 is committed to handling complaints fairly and transparently.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution body as designated by pk07's operating licence conditions.
